Validated Notary Services was founded by Valerie Babb, an experienced Talent Acquisition and HR professional with over a decade of experience serving people and organizations. Her passion for helping others and her strong background in compliance, operations, and service delivery led her to create a notary business rooted in accessibility, professionalism, and care. That’s why we are proud to support community-based organizations & non-profit organizations through our Community Notary Program.
We donate free notary services to local CBO’s and Non-profit organizations. Whether it's notarizing documents for volunteers, assisting with compliance paperwork, supporting senior citizens or assisting individuals with access to essential services, we're committed to serving the community and honored to lend a helping hand. We gift our notary services on a first come, first serve basis to non-profit organizations once per month (three hours max).
