Validated Notary Services was founded by Valerie Babb, an experienced Talent Acquisition and HR professional with over a decade of experience serving people and organizations. Her passion for helping others and her strong background in compliance, operations, and service delivery led her to create a notary business rooted in accessibility, professionalism, and care. At Validated Notary Services, LLC, we believe business should be a force for good. That’s why we are proud to support community-based organizations through our Community Notary Program.
We donate free notary services to local non-profits, schools, advocacy groups, and community organizations that serve the public good. Whether it's notarizing documents for volunteers, assisting with compliance paperwork, or helping residents access essential services, we're honored to lend a helping hand. We gift our services to one or two organizations per month for a two hour block.

24/7 Availability (REMOTE ONLINE ONLY)
We understand that notarization needs can arise at any time, which is why we offer 24/7 availability for our notary services. NOTE: 24/7 option covers remote online (RON) notarizations only.
